These illustrations of iconic Sydney venues were used as labels for a set of  take-away cocktails – a thing that became very popular during the  pandemic lockdowns.

This is Sydney’s Wild Rover bar. It has a very understated frontage, hinted at by a green door which I spot coloured in the illustration.

This is the entrance to The Gidley restaurant – since it’s below ground, there isn’t much to give it away from the street aside from the signage. I chose an angle that captured an interesting  perspective from the street.

The artwork was placed on bottled cocktails, matched to each venue’s speciality.
